Below is the image of the two types of receivers that are supposedly patented by Apple for the next generation iPod touch . One can connect wirelessly and the other one is wired version of the accessory that will allow direct access to mobile services though any cellular operator .
Dues to sparse information available at the moment , we are not sure how the access to mobile network will be used with the ipod touch and what Apple decides to do with the next generation itouch. It has also been said that using this transceiver accessory , users could allow the ipod touch 4 to access two separate mobile telephone networks.
